The circular white-enamelled Roman dial signed Ballif/à Touloude within a drum case with an interlaced tassle apron, the movement with silk-suspended sunburst pendulum and outside countwheel strike on a bell, surmounted by a triangular pediment, on turned spreading columns and a rectangular stepped plinth base, on toupie feet
