Of oval form, on four elaborate acanthus scroll and rocaille feet with trailing acorn branches, with tied reeded acanthus scroll side handles, the shaped rim applied with a band of acanthus scrolls with rocaille and oval decoration at intervals, applied front and back with the Royal Arms of George IV against elaborate drapery mantling surmounted by a crown, the domed cover with shaped rim, the removable handle realistically formed as a trailing acorn branch issuing from a calyx of acorn leaves, marked on body, cover and handle--16in.
