The rectangular cabinet fitted with five drawers and one hinged door opening to reveal three smaller drawers inlaid in mother of pearl and decorated in iroe hiramaki-e on a roiro-nuri ground with tsuba and plum florets, the surfaces all matching and the interiors of the drawers all ornamented with irregularly cut pieces of mother of pearl, gilt metal mounts, presently fitted with wood trays for storing sword fittings, wood storage box- 14 3/8 x 9 1/2 x 12 in.
