The Russian statesman J. G. Vilamov (1774-1842) with grey-powdered short curly hair and dark sidewhiskers, wearing a blue coat over a white waistcoat with knotted white cravat and jabot, the cross of the Imperial Russian Order of Saint-Ann suspended from the red ribbon around his neck; oval -- 59 mm high, silver frame with ribbon twist border.
