Woven in wools and silks, depicting a stag hunt in an extensive verdure landscape with a nobleman and his horse, a huntsman and his attendant, in an extensive river landscape, the dense foliage woven with a rabbit and a porcupine and the trees supporting numerous birds amongst their branches, the entrelac and rosette inner and outer slips flanking a deep border woven with dense foliage and grapes and figures emblematic of the virtues, and inscribed respectively Charitas, Oratia, Fidis, Spes, Eides and Ivstvtia, restorations and patching, replacement to borders, with handwritten label 4817 251 x 353
