With rich gilt decoration, the centre with a blue, red and gilt roundel enclosing concentric bands of leaves and festooned with foliage, the panelled border gilt with symmetrical scrolling foliage flanking leaf paterae and suspending chains of beads, the seeded rims gilt with stylised foliage and chains of husks, impressed marks and gilt retailer's marks, pattern number H.178
