INDENTCaptain Harold Robert Tyler, educated at Felstead, an active member of the 4th Essex Regiment before the Great War, volunteered for active service and landed at Suvla Bay, Gallipoli 12 August 1915. He was killed in action less than a week later on the 18th and is commemorated on the special memorial at Azmak Cemetery, Suvla (a copy of the War Graves Register of Azmak and Green Hill Cemeteries with enclosure to Mrs E.L.Tyler, 1925 accompany the group)
