Of Régence style, the rectangular bowed seat with yellow velvet covers and metal-thread edging with conforming squab-cushion and tassles, on two deeply scrolling acanthus-wrapped X-shaped supports centred by a sunflower to each side and joined by a scrolling and panelled stretcher centred by a scallop-shell, one tassel lacking, two tassels partially distressed
