A VIENNA-STYLE 'JEWELLED' CYLINDRICAL VASE painted by Wagner with a portrait of a smiling young girl entitled Röslein facing right, wearing a Medieval-style white cap trimmed with white flowers and gold braid, a pink robe and pearl earrings and a necklace, reserved on a burnished gilt ground enriched with gilt seeds and turquoise 'jewels', the lustrous grey shoulder gilt with a wreath of fruiting vine, beneath a short flared neck (minor wear to gilding at rim, four 'jewels' lacking on bottom row), signed, imitation blue beehive mark, black script and Dépose Dec: 363, pattern number 3953L, circa 1910
