4° (192 x 143mm). Printed in red and black throughout. Title with woodcut vignette of two men working out a calculation, three armorials above, three section titles with woodcut vignettes, conversion tables. (Lacking leaf R4.) 18th-century half sheep over speckled paper boards, red leather lettering-piece on spine (slight cracks to hinges, extremities lightly rubbed). Provenance: contemporary inscription in red and black ink on the final page, giving details of how to clean and remove ink from paper or parchment; G. Loos (19th-century wax seal on front pastedown).

An early example of a currency conversion manual, in fine condition. The tables are for the conversion of Dutch silver and gold into Flemish pounds, and for the conversion of Nuremberg or Leipzig silver into Frankfurt or Dutch silver.
