With heavy browned twist barrels signed on the rib, silver fore-sight, case-hardened engraved patent breeches each with engraved pierced platinum plug, case-hardened tang finely engraved with scrollwork and a snipe, signed case-hardened serial numbered locks each finely engraved with scrollwork and three pheasants in a landscape, and with vertical projection allowing the retaining screw to pass through the false breech, the inner surface struck with the initials of Joseph Brazier, blackened maple half-stock (minor bruising), chequered grip, finely engraved blued iron mounts decorated with scenes of the chase, blued trigger-plate with pineapple finial, serial numbered trigger-guard, silver escutcheon engraved with owner's crest and initials 'RP', original brass-mounted ramrod, and much original finish, London proof marks
