An early 20th century mahogany chiming longcase clock, the hood with foliate marquetry below a swan-neck pediment and lobed urn finial, flanked by fluted columns the arched brass dial with foliate engraved silvered chapter ring applied with Arabic numerals, the centre with subsiduary seconds ring, within cherub mask spandrels, the arch with CHIME/SILENT and WESTMINSTER/WHITTINGTON/CHIME rings, the trunk with a glazed door enclosing nine tubular bells, the plinth with marquetry urn within foliate scrolls and bats' wing paterae, with three weights a pendulum and a key -- 106in.
