Painted on each side with merchants in discussion at the quai, ships in the harbor, reserved within oblong ogival quatrefoil cartouches reserved within chocolate brown lines on the lavender ground, the shoulder with an indianische Blumen at each angle, the shoulder edge and footrim with gilt lines; the cover painted overall with two vignettes of European landscapes edged with paired iron-red
