A two-hundred and forty-four page script with a goldenrod cover having a typed title of Selznick International presents "Gone With The Wind" from the novel by Margaret Mitchell, a typed disclaimer of This script is Final as to general continuity, sets, and cast. It is over-length and Temporary as to dialogue; also temporary as to business, camera angles, etc... and a date of January 16, 1939. Sidney Howard and Oliver H.P. Garrett are given screenplay credit, David O. Selznick is listed as producer and George Cukor is listed as director. This particular script belonged to Edward G. Boyle (who was listed in both the film and program credits as 'Interior Decoration') as indicated by his pencilled ownership signature in the upper right-hand corner.
