A Meissen bullet-shaped purple-ground teapot and cover
Circa 1765, blue crossed swords and dot mark
Painted with a gallant and compaion before a tree in landscape and a harbour scene, within quatrefoil gilt-band panels, on a powdered purple ground, the wishbone handle and bird's head spout enriched in gilding the cover with similar ornament (minor chipping and wear)
