Well cast standing in alidhasana on a prostrated elephant-headed figure of Vinayaka over a lotus base, holding the chopper and skull cup in his principal hands, the uppermost outstretched arms holding an elephant hide across his back, wearing a tiger skin dhoti and a garland of severed heads, his face with a ferocious expression with gaping mouth exposing fangs, a skull tiara and flaming hair, richly gilt overall, base sealed
