The hood with glazed side panels and brass-capped front-fluted columns, the plinth with later skirting, 12 in. wide brass dial with foliate spandrels to narrow silvered chapter ring, matted centre with recessed seconds disc, silvered plaque signed Mark Hawkins/BURY above date aperture, the five pillar movement with anchor escapement and rack strike on bell; case probably associated to movement and dial
