The obverse with a nude youth standing at the center, a chlamys draped over his arms, holding a staff in his right hand, his left arm akimbo, flanked by two standing draped female figures, the one to the left holding a phiale, that to the right holding a staff and a wreath; the reverse with three draped youths; a band of meander and saltire squares encircling the vase below the scenes, laurel above, superposed palmettes and tendrils below the handles, a dipinto, P, between the handle-plates on one side
