A PALE BLUISH-WHITE-GLAZED CARVED GLOBULAR WATERPOT
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Carved and incised around the sides with a scene of peony and bamboo growing around and behind pierced garden rocks, apocryphal Chenghua mark on the countersunk base; together with a pale clair-de-lune-glazed domed waterpot, Kangxi six-character mark and probably of the period, covered inside and out with a glaze of pale blue-green tone below the white mouth rim
