Brightly enamelled with a phoenix on a terrace, two cockerels and a jardinière of flowers and tree peony growing beside pierced rockwork, a further phoenix, a butterfly and small insects in flight above, all within a seeded green band at the rim embellished with prunus and bamboo and reserved with four butterfly cartouches, the underside with three camellia branches in iron-red and green enamel
