Three tier box with drop down handles, numbered ivory front roundel, brass bowl numbered to inside and gimbal, silvered and engraved dial with 48 hour up/down and subsidiary seconds rings, signed BARRAUD/MAKER TO/ROYAL/NAVY/41 Cornhill/LONDON/NO./3325, blued steel hands, the movement with spotted plates, chain and fusee, maintaining power, Earnshaw spring detent with blued steel helical balance spring, cut bimetallic balance with cylindrical compensation weights; tipsy key
The dial -- 100 mm. diameter, the box -- 172 mm. square
