Decorated with floral heraldic crests containing European-style letters surrounding a central Buddhist wheel containing a cross, and designs from European playing cards includng a sun containing a cross, three swords behind a lozenge and three crossed quivers all against a black-lacquer ground, the crown applied with a bronze disc formed as a snowflake, the rim banded with a bronze strip
