Lot Essay

Executed in his bedroom/studio at Abbey Road Mansions in the company of Lucian Freud before they were installed at 14 Abercorn Place, premises provided by Peter Watson. The present work is a play upon the tune then popular 'A Black Dame in Search of a Man'.
