With Bureaux Officiels de Contrôle de la Marche des Montres institués dans les Villes de Bienne, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Le Locle, Le Sentier, St-Imier Bulletin de Marche dated Le Locle, 27 April 1954.

The present school watch was made by Otto Andrey, student at the Technicum Neuchâteloise Le Locle. School watches are watchmaking complications a student has to be able to construct in order to be recognized as a watchmaker.
