The gilt-seeded blue ground reserved with lobed gilt-edged panels enclosing puce and yellow pansies, the panels divided by large gilt dots, within puce and gilt line borders, the centre of the saucer with a berried garland, gilt dentil rims (minute scratching to well of saucer)
