In various patinations of bronze worked in hirazogan and takazogan with gilt details, designed as a standing samurai in robe and helmet, holding a halberd in the right hand and holding aloft an incense burner in the left, the incense burner set on four elephant-head feet, decorated with clouds and dragons and with handles cast as attenuated mythical lions, the domed, pierced cover with finial of Monju (Manjushri) and on a wood base with gold-lacquer dragons and phoenixes in foliate scroll
