A cabinet comprising four shelves, four sliding doors, one hinged door, two additional hinged doors, now missing, and two drawers, decorated with gold lacquer, maki-e and lead inlay on a mura-nashiji ground with various landscape scenes, the hinged door opening to reveal a nashiji interior lacquered with ducks in flight and an open folding-fan inscribed with a poem, all bordered in repeated foliate scroll and formal patterns; copper fittings ornamented with flowerheads and engraved scrolling foliage
