The cabinet comprising five shelves, four sliding doors, four hinged doors and three drawers, decorated with brass panels of various inlaid mixed-metal scenes with birds, vases, baskets and foliate designs, the wood frames surrounding each cabinet door decorated with stylized foliate scroll in gold hiramaki-e; with pierced and carved elements throughout
