Of typical dome shape with gold damascened applied plume-holders, noseguard and upper rounded spike, the skirt of fine mail worked with a lozenge lattice of links, edge of helmet with gold damascened decoration of scrolling flowers, main surface of exterior with similar scrolling floral carved decoration, some damage to skirt otherwise in good condition
