A RARE FAMILLE ROSE 'THREE RAMS' BOWL
GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
With steep sides flaring towards the rim, painted around the exterior with a scene of three rams standing in a lush landscape of ornamental rockwork, nandina, and a blossoming prunus tree, the reverse with a lengthy inscription describing the scene, with three seals in iron red
5½ in. (13.9 cm.) diam.
