TWO LACQUERED BOXES AND COVERS WITH GILT DECORATION

The cover of each box is decorated in gilt with a full frontal five-clawed dragon writhing about a flaming pearl amongst gilt clouds and red enamelled fire scrolls within a scrolling border, the interiors are fitted with yellow silk panels one of which is decorated with a similar design.
