The frame of the display stand is inlaid with a square marble top, and has thumb-grooved edges above openwork scroll-form spandrels flanking the thumb-grooved legs of square section, which are set into the stepped base stretcher raised on small tabs. The picnic box is comprised of a shallow cover and two trays with beaded edges. One tray is fitted with a shallow tray, and the whole is set into a carrying framework secured by a pin through the cover. The shaped handle is braced by arched spandrels. The corners of the rims of the trays, cover and frame, and the handle are reinforced with baitong mounts.
