With earlier two-stage swamped sighted barrel with gold-inlaid foliate decoration at the muzzle, girdle and breech, applied gilt rear-sight, percussion breech inlaid with two gold lines, engraved grooves tang, engraved flat lock signed in gold, figured walnut pistolgrip half-stock with chequered grip and fore-end, and engraved iron mounts including trigger-guard with scrolled hand-rest to the front (some discolouration and surface corrosion marking throughout, ramrod missing); together with A FRENCH 12-BORE (PINFIRE) SINGLE-BARRELLED SPORTING GUN OF LEFAUCHEUX-TYPE, BY LE PAGE MOUTIER A PARIS, CIRCA 1860, with signed sighted twist barrel, the breech, action and signed back-action lock (hammer broken) each deeply engraved with scrollwork, figured walnut butt, iron mounts engraved en suite (some wear and corrosion marking throughout); and A FRENCH 16-BORE PERCUSSION CARBINE OF SERVICE TYPE, MID-19TH CENTURY (some corrosion marking, rear-sight missing)
