FIRST EDITION, illustrating 18 buildings by Soane, of which only 15 were built; an early impression with plate no. 44 (The Dairy at Hammels, Herts.) misnumbered 43. Although the date of publication is given as 1788 on the title-page the plates are all dated Jan.y 1st 1789. RIBA 3098; not in Millard.
