The brush washer is raised on four curved bracket supports, and is well-carved in high relief and undercut around the flared sides with three chilong that have crawled up to the flat rim. The well-polished, semi-translucent stone has some opaque white mottling and black speckling.

Acquired in the 1930s, and thence by descent within the family.
