3 volumes in one, 2° (632 x 481mm). 3 engraved titles, 2 frontispieces, 2 dedications, 72 plates of which 38 double-page and 10 folding, and 3 engraved plates of text. (First title, frontispiece and dedication and a few other plates lightly creased, some plates cropped close by the binder, a few just into image.) Contemporary half calf over marbled paper-covered boards (worn with upper cover detached and defective spine). Provenance: Emily, Marchioness of Lansdowne (1819-1895; title signature and engraved armorial bookplate).

The third volume is entitled Plans et élévations de la Place Royale de Nancy ... bâtie par les ordres du Roy de Pologne. Paris: François, 1753. Millard states that this original edition was restricted to ONLY 125 COPIES.
