REPUBLIC PERIOD (1912-1949)
Of baluster form, the body is decorated with three winged dragons in flight amidst flames and clouds, below four floral roundels enclosing characters which read, yi wan si nian (for billions of years), all on a lavender sgraffito ground. A Hongxian nianzhi mark in blue enamel is on the turquoise-enameled base.
