Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, out hawking and mounted on horseback, both richly clothed and adorned, wearing gold turbans, preceded by two female servants, Baz Bahadur erroneously identified as 'Akbar Shah', they surprise ladies bathing in a rocky pool in the foreground ; the reverse with a court lady holding a white flower, being presented with a plate of fruit by an attendant, laid down on card with gold scrolling borders on dark blue ground
