A FINELY CARVED PALE CELADON JADE LINGZHI-FORM BRUSH WASHER, XI
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The washer is well hollowed and elegantly carved as the head of a lingzhi fungus, with a gnarled stalk forming the base and branching out to the sides with further smaller lingzhi heads. The stone is of a pale tone with some russet and darker brown inclusions.
