Chogyal Pagpa is depicted wearing flowing robes, seated in dhyanasana with his hands held in dhyanamudra, looking down at a figure presenting an offering. He is flanked by large floral sprays and a monastery amidst mountains in the distance. The upper register depicts a further lama to the left and Medicine Buddha to the right. There are two wrathful deities to the lower register.
