the case with brass handle to the bell top and spherical finials to the angles, glazed panels to the sides and fishscale quarter frets above the front door, the brass dial with silvered chapter ring, matted centre with plaque signed Jno. Kilburn London between date and mock pendulum apertures, foliate spandrels, with silvered strike/silent ring in the arch, the later twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell, with pull trip repeat -- 18¼in.
