the case with breakarch hood and trunk door (warping), on block plinth with bracket feet, the brass dial with silvered concave panel to the arch within dolphin spandrels, foliate spandrels to the silvered chapter ring, the matted centre with silvered plaque signed James Brixton DISS, with recessed seconds ring and date aperture, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement; associated -- 90½in. (230cm.) high
