The case with brass rosette capped swan neck pediment to the hood flanking a turned urn finial, outset columns, with fluted three-quarter pilasters flanking the breakarch trunk door, on stepped block plinth, the brass dial with silvered chapter ring and matted centre, winged cherub mask spandrels, signed on a silvered plaque in the arch Wm. Stevens Cirencester, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement -- 59¾in. (152cm.) high
