Navette-shaped box, the cover and base centred by translucent blue enamelled circular reserves chased with playful putti flanked by four shaped triangular reserves similarly enamelled on an engine-turned ground, within borders of burnished gold enamelled with translucent green basse-taille leaves , the sides with four oval reserves chased with urns enamelled in translucent dark blue alternating with blue-enamelled rosettes surrounded by dark-blue enamelled scrolling foliage, the borders decorated with translucent green enamelled scrolls, foliage, ribbon-ties and festoons; within velvet-lined shagreen case
