The breakarch hood with fluted columns to the angles and fret-carved panels to the sides, the glazed trunk door with astragal mouldings and flanked by chamfered angles, with recessed panel to the stepped plinth, the silvered dial with all over pierced and incised foliate scroll mask, with chime/silent ring to the arch, silvered and engraved chapter ring with applied Arabic chapters, with retail signature on a plaque above MAPPIN & WEBB LONDON, PARIS, ROME, subsidiary seconds ring to the centre, the three train movement with anchor escapement and chimes on tubular gongs (lacking)
