In celebration of the opening of the exhibition Arte Povera opening 9 October at Bourse de Commerce, Pinault Collection in Paris, Christie’s is pleased to present a selling exhibition featuring a selection of works by ground-breaking Post-War Italian artists.
A Journey in Post-War Italian Art will include important works by Enrico Castellani and Lucio Fontana, as well as an exceptional work by Mario Schifano. Works by Michelangelo Pistoletto and Alighiero Boetti are also featured, complementing Arte Povera’s momentum in Paris this season. The exhibition will be open for viewing 8-29 October, at Christie’s Paris, and all the works featured are available for purchase via Christie’s Private Sales.
