The blue lacquer decorated overall with pounced motif, the serpentine breccia dorata marble top set in a concave moulding, above a frieze decorated with foliate clasps, above a pierced apron carved with scrolling rocaille motifs, centred by a stylised shell, the sides conformingly carved, on cabriole legs headed by shells and foliate and pounced strapwork, terminating in foliate scrolling feet decorated with pounced cartouches, refreshments to the decoration
