Commissioned for the church of Sant'Agostino, San Gimignano, between 1380 and 1388, until at least 1783, from which dismantled and removed,
This panel (probably) moved to the house of Malenotti, San Gimignano, 1835.
(Possibly) Provost of the Collegiate of San Gimignano, Malenotti, San Gimignano.

Anonymous sale [The Property of a Religious Foundation]; Phillips, London, 4 July 2000, part of lot 35, as 'Andrea di Bartolo', where acquired on behalf of the present owner.
This panel (probably) moved to the house of Malenotti, San Gimignano, 1835.
