  • Event date 12月19日至1月27日
  • Event location 纽约
Americana Week unfolded over two weeks in New York with nine sales and exceptional results across American art, history and material culture. Visions of the West: The William I. Koch Collection led the series, realising $84.1 million and setting a new benchmark for Western art auctions. The top lot, Frederic Remington’s Coming to the Call, achieved $13.3 million, establishing a new auction record for the artist.

We the People: America at 250 and The American Collector drew global interest for foundational documents, folk art and objects of national significance, including a working draft of the United States Constitution annotated by Rufus King, which more than doubled its low estimate and realised $7.4 million.

The four-part COLLECTOR/CONNOISSEUR: The Max N. Berry Collections spanned evening, day and online sales, led by Maurice Prendergast’s The Bridle Path, Central Park at $2.3 million.
