The application process

Explore the candidate journey step-by-step

  1. Search for a role and submit your online application. Our recruitment team reviews and considers every application.
  2. Successful candidates are invited to an interview where you can interview us, and we can get to know you. You may be asked to do a video assessment before this so we can learn a little more about you.
  3. Final candidates often have additional face-to-face meetings so you can meet some of your potential colleagues and get a sense of your prospective team.
  4. Once a decision has been reached, we’ll make an offer verbally before sending out your contract.
  5. If you've taken the decision to join us, our HR team will then initiate your background checks.
  6. When background checks are complete, your employment is confirmed, and we look forward to welcoming you to the team.
  7. As your start date approaches, we’ll send a welcome email with all the information you need for your first day.
